Pierre G. Chyoghly

Pierre G. Chyoghly, 58 of West Boylston, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in UMass Medical Center.   Pierre was born in Aleppo, Syria, a son of the late Girgi Chyoghly.  He worked for 25 years at CARSTAR Waldron Auto Body in Marlborough as an Auto Body Professional.  Pierre was a dedicated and active member of St. Mary’s Syriac Orthodox Church in Shrewsbury.   Pierre is survived by his wife of 23 years, Rene (Chahraban) Chyoghly; his son, George Chyoghly of West Boylston; two daughters, Noura Chyoghly of West Boylston and Maria Donovan of Millbury; his mother, Noorieh (Maksoud) Chyoghly of West Boylston; his brother, Abdul Chyoghly of Boylston; two sisters, Locin Chiro of Hillsdale, NJ and Marriet Shammas of Burbank, CA; along with many nieces and nephews.   Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 5-8 pm in St. Mary’s Syriac Orthodox Church at 1 Industrial Dr., Shrewsbury.  His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 27th at 10:00 am in church followed by burial in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
