Ann M. Mastromatteo

Ann M. (Converse) Mastromatteo, 73 of Worcester passed away peacefully on Mother’s Day, May 14, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. Ann was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Franklin W. and Theresa M. (Hubert) Converse. She attended Commerce High School and has lived in Worcester all her life.  Ann was the co-owner with her husband Larry of the former Forbes Greenhouse for many years.  She also worked for Worcester Envelope and The Greenery Nursing Home at one time.  Ann was a Red Sox fan and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ann is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lawrence A. Mastromatteo; her son, Richard P. Mastromatteo and his wife Paula; her daughter, Bonnie A. Cram-Mastromatteo all of Worcester; four grandchildren, Joseph Anthony Mastromatteo, Brandon James, Andrew C. and Nicholas M. Cram; two great grandchildren and one on the way, Brooke Alexis and Braelynn Avery Mastromatteo.  Ann is predeceased by two sons, Lawrence A. Mastromatteo, III & James Mastromatteo; a sister, Alice Kozerski. Services for Ann will be held privately.  MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
