Michael A. Cesaitis, 37, of Worcester, a loving father, son, brother and uncle passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. He was born on May 1, 1979 in Worcester and had lived here all his life. He was a graduate of North High School. Michael is survived by his two children, Michael D. Cesaitis and Sophia Cesaitis; his parents, Robert L. Cesaitis, Sr. and Eileen (O’Day) Cesaitis both of Millbury; two brothers, Robert L. Cesaitis, Jr. and wife Melissa of Worcester and Tony Cesaitis and fiancé Leslie Girardi of Millbury. A sister Kelly who pre deceased him in 2014. He is also survived by his paternal grandfather, Daniel J. Morrissey of Worcester and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves his nieces and nephews, Makayla, Madison, Kailee, Biagio and Antoneo. Michael was a loving son, a best friend to his brothers and a loving uncle. He did everything he could for his nieces and nephews. He especially loved both his children, they were his world. He wanted nothing more than the best for his son and daughter. He loved them both very much. He grew up playing hockey in Auburn and baseball for the Joe DiMaggio little league. He also enjoyed being involved with the CYC at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Michael made wearing a tool belt and carrying around a tool box “cool” before we ever heard of Bob the Builder. He had a heart of gold and whenever anyone needed something fixed or built he was there. He was the owner of East Side Construction and worked many years as co –owner of Xtreme Rubbish Removal. He was everyone’s handy man. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Family, friends, and others whose lives Michael touched are invited to MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 before leaving in procession to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at Our Lady of Loretto, 33 Massasoit Road, Worcester, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
