Angela M. (Barry) Ducimo, 49, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017, in her home. Angela leaves her beloved children, Celene R. Ducimo of Worcester, Anthony P. Ducimo of Shrewsbury, and Nicholas M. Ducimo of Worcester; her brother, William D. Barry of Worcester; her sister, April McIntyre of Worcester; her former husband, Paul F. Ducimo of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Theresa Albright. Angela was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Ronald J. and Kay Ruth (Westberg) Barry, and has lived here all her life. Angela once served as a teacher’s aide from Lakeview School in Worcester, having previously cared for animals in need of love and attention at the Animal Rescue League. She shared her caring nature with animals, so much so that she took in kittens, puppies and even a squirrel or two, in order to give them shelter, attention, and love. She also loved to spend time with her family and friends. Memorial Calling Hours for Angela will be held on Thursday, May 4, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 5, at 10 a.m. at Saint Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Turnpike Road (Route 9 East), Shrewsbury. Interment will follow in All Faiths Cemetery.
