Alice B. (LaCasse) Falcone, 96 years young, of Worcester passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Saint Vincent Hospital with her loving family by her side. She joins her husband Michael S. Falcone who predeceased her in 1974. Alice is survived by two sons, John E. Falcone and his wife Marge of California and Paul R. Falcone and his wife Carol of Rutland; three daughters Marguerite B. Savage of Littleton, CO, LynnAnn Lamanuzzi and her husband Leo of Littleton, CO and Nancy A. Paquette and her husband Guy of Grafton, MA; a brother, Frederick LaCasse of Worcester; eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Michael, Alice was also predeceased by her parents Amedeé and Beatrice (Boiesseau) LaCasse; her son, Michael G. Falcone and his wife Marsha; three brothers, George, Norman, and Philip LaCasse and her sister, Marcelle Nault. Alice will always be remembered for her Sunday family dinners of macaroni and meatballs. She was an amazing needle worker and she created many beautiful counted cross stitch and crocheted pieces of which she shared with her family. She lived her 96 years to the fullest. Alice’s family would like to thank the staff at the Pulmonary Care Unit at Saint Vincent’s Hospital, Home Care Solutions and especially the staff at Christopher Heights. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Alice at 10:00 am, Friday, April 28, 2017 at St. Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Turnpike Rd, Shrewsbury, MA. Alice’s burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made in Alice’s name to Mass Audubon Broad Meadow Brook or Capen Hill Nature Sanctuary in Charlton, MA.
