Isabelle A. Franson

Isabelle A. (Grembla) Franson, 87 of Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Isabelle’s husband, John J. Franson passed away in 2010.  She leaves her beloved daughter and caretaker, Lois Alkhouri with whom she lived. A period of calling hours will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 9-10 a.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with her funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St., Worcester.  Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Isabelle to: Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
