Clara B. (Kotonski) Kisiel, 93 of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Clara was born in Worcester, the only child to the late Polish immigrants, Anthony and Bernice (Chrzesciewski) Kotonski. She grew up in Worcester and lived all of her life here where she had graduated from Commerce High School. She married the love of her life, Henry F. Kisiel, Sr. in May of 1946 and in May of 1986 they had celebrated 40 years of marriage. Henry passed away on November 12, 1986. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Clara’s is survived by two sons, Henry F. Kisiel, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Meriden, CT. and David A. Kisiel and his wife Anne of Worcester; a daughter, Mary B. Williams of Auburn; seven beloved grandchildren, Kaitlin Garceau and her husband Keith of Meriden, CT, Colin Kisiel of Cambridge, Daniel Kisiel of Worcester, Alexander Williams of Providence, RI, Andrea Kisiel of Cambridge, Veronica Williams of Tyngsboro and Leo Williams of Auburn; two great grandchildren, Emma & Rylan Garceau of Meriden, CT; a cousin, Suzanne Martin of Millbury. She is predeceased by a son, Paul V. Kisiel. Services for Clara will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St., Worcester. Interment will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. A period of calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 21st from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
