Queen Esther (Meeks) Tolson, 76 of Worcester, MA went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Thursday, February 2, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memory, three daughters, April, Kimberly and Kelly Tolson all of Worcester, MA; a son, Victor Tolson of NC; daughter in law Diane Carol Tolson of Worcester; two sons in law Steven Jones and Deon Barber of Worcester; three sisters, Ivory Graham of Bolton, MA, Maude Hackney of SC and Patricia Andrews of Worcester, MA a brother, Robert Glenn of Tacoma, WA; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She is predeceased by five brothers, Samuel, William, J.W., John, Perry Glenn and two sisters, Johnsie Brodhead and Lovenia Meeks. Queen was born in Clover, S.C., daughter of the late Johnnie E. Meeks and Bessie (Dulin) Glenn. She had lived in Worcester since 1973. Queen worked as an administrator for Verizon Communication for many years, retiring in 1997. She was a faithful member of Mount Olive Pentecostal Church. Her faith was very important to her. She enjoyed listening to music but her greatest enjoyment was her family. She will be most dearly missed by all who knew her.
