Nancy L. Piechowiak

Nancy L. (Tupper) Piechowiak, 62 of Charlton departed to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in Saint Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years Francis J. Piechowiak; a brother, Barry and his wife Linda of Holden; a sister and best friend, Joyce L. Adams and her husband Daniel of West Boylston; her two nephews, Barry Jr. and Matthew and a niece Christine.  She also leaves great nieces and nephews.  Nancy was born in Worcester daughter of the late Stanley E. and Lottie (Stockwell) Tupper.  She was a 1971 graduate of Burncoat High School. She was employed for over 35 years at UMass Hospital-University campus as a medical secretary. Nancy worshiped at Sturbridge Worship Center and was a member of the Sturbridge home group at SWC. She was the leader of an independent Bible study group meeting in her home. A celebration of Nancy’s life will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 1:00p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home one hour prior to Nancy’s service on Saturday.   Burial will be held privately at a later date.  Those who wish to remember Nancy by way of a memorial tribute are kindly asked to consider the Operation Blessing International P.O.
