Marcella M. (Severns) Houle

Marcella M. (Severns) Houle, 61 of Worcester, formerly of Southbridge, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at UMass Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Marcella is survived by her longtime partner, Ronald A. Morrison of Worcester; eleven children, Kimberly Houle, Darlene Houle and her spouse Frank Jackson, Mary Caraballo and her husband Luis, Erica Houle and her spouse Samuel Miranda, Jonathan Houle, Eric Houle, Jennifer Houle, Ronjames Morrison and his wife April, Joshua Morrison, Matthew Morrison and Nathan Morrison; her mother, Charlotte M. (Smith) Stone of Southbridge; three brothers, Arthur Smith, Shawn Severns and John Severns; four sisters, Bonnie Gaumond, Zina Morin, Ramona Severns and Cheryl Stone; 18 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, step brothers and sisters. She is predeceased by a brother, Joseph Smith and a sister, Thelma Louise Smith.  Marcella was born in Palmer, MA, a daughter to the late Marcel F.R. Severns. She loved to play bingo, music especially Elvis Presley, spending time with family and friends, animals, dancing and watching movies with her grandkids. A period of calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. followed by her memorial service at 7 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester.
