Charles Vincent Pennell, Jr., 52 of Worcester and New York, NY, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York. Charles is survived by his wife Lorraine (Ross) Pennell of New York; his parents, Charles V. and Carol A. (Macnutt) Pennell, Sr. of Worcester; his two children; his brother, James Pennell and his wife Susan of Grafton; his sister, Brenda Smith and her husband Stephen of Worcester; his paternal grandparents, Mary Pennell Lyons and Richard Lyons of Auburn. Charles was born in Worcester and attended Worcester Boys Trade. He worked alongside his father at Ronnie’s Auto Body for a short period of time. A period of calling hours will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester followed by his funeral service at 6 p.m. Flowers are omitted.
