On Saturday, April 16, 2016, the world said goodbye to a warm, loving, and kind woman by the name of Susan E. (Pacific) Bindman. In her sixty-seven short years, she was able to share her musical and theatrical talents with many people; and found herself loved by many, especially her wonderful family. It was her loving family that was at her side when she passed peacefully, in the comfort of the home she shared with her husband, Bruce R. Bindman. Susan is survived by her husband, Bruce; a daughter, Kristl Courtemanche of Northborough; a son, Kevin J. Courtemanche and his wife Lauren of Amesbury; a step-son, Bryan Bindman of Orlando; three grandchildren, Erin and Andrew Courtemanche, and Parker York; her mother, Linda (Morenzetti) Tebo of Northborough; two brothers, Herbie Tebo of Douglas and Bob Tebo of Berlin, MA; five sisters, Marie Neiber of Northborough, Jeanne Shrum, Ruth Dupree, and Sandra Beane all of Marlborough, and Penni Barger of Ripon, CA; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Henry Pacific, step-father, Don Tebo, and two brothers and a sister, Don and Ricky Tebo, and Jackie Stevens. She was born in Framingham, and graduated from Algonquin Regional High School. Susan worked a documentation coordinator for G.E. Healthcare in Westborough, before recently retiring; she had previously worked for Shipley-Rohm & Hass Company, where she met her loving husband, Bruce. They began a journey of love that will endure even in her passing. Her love of music shined through in her over thirty-year participation in the Northborough Area Community Chorus, her acting with NETworks Productions and other local acting troupes, and her longtime connection with the folk chorus at Saint Matthews Church in Southborough. She was a member of the Harley Owners Group, and loved to travel by motorcycle to the beaches and lighthouses in Maine. Her tender love will be remembered by the many people she encountered throughout her life; they will most remember her beauty and wonderful smile, her determination, and her meticulous ways. She may have been petite but her love was larger than life. Calling Hours for Susan will be held on Wednesday, April 20, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to www.ovationsforthecure.org , Ovations for the Cure of Ovarian Cancer is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting ovarian cancer research, awareness and patient programs.<iframe id="tukios_player_512x330" allowfullscreen="true" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" height="330" scrolling="no" src="https://www.tributeslides.com/videos/embedded_video/B7HPC79NL8DZLSW4" width="512"></iframe>
