Victor R.Marrino,82, of Worcester died peacefully Thursday March 31, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. His wife of 58 years Barbara (DeFalco) Marrino died January 22, 2014. Victor is survived by a son Vincent Marrino, and a daughter Vicki Marrino both of Worcester. Victor also leaves two brothers Leonard Marrino and his wife Pamela of Millbury, and Joseph Marrino of San Francisco. He is the loving grandfather to Victor, Samantha, and Bruce, and the great grandfather to Nevaeh. And many nephews and nieces. Victor was born in Worcester son of the late Leonard and Camille(DeSantis) Marrino and lived here all his life. He was a graduate of North High School. Victor served in the Massachusetts National Guard for many years. He was a Manager for PPG Industries for 42 years before he retired. Victor was a former member of the Church of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St Ann. He was a long time member of the Pleasant Valley Country Club, and also the Italian American Post #3.among his interest’s he enjoyed traveling with Barbara, working in his Garden, and loved to play Golf. However his most treasured times were when he was with his family. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Victor’s funeral will be held on Thursday April 7, at 11:00AM in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. Visitation with the family will be held from 9AM until the time of the service on Thursday.
