Marsha C Bisceglia

Marsha C. (Miller) Bisceglia 73 of Worcester passed away January 28, 2016 on the same land she was born on surrounded by her family. Marsha, the youngest of nine children, was born in Worcester to Joseph Miller Sr. and Charlotte (Phelps) Miller. She was a dedicated wife to husband Francis W. Bisceglia for over 55 years.  Marsha leaves behind her husband, two children Dawn Barry and husband Michael who she lived with on Dominion Road in Worcester and Marc Bisceglia and his wife Bonnie from Marlborough: her adoring grandchildren Justin Moore, Carla Demler and husband Jon, Joshua Moore, Gino Bisceglia and wife Stephanie, Sarah Barry. She had 6 great grandchildren and one on the way. Kalei, Emory, Maggie, Olivia, Abby and Dominic who brought her immense joy.  Marsha also leaves her brother James Miller and his wife Yvonne, her sister Barbara Adams and her husband Paul, many nieces, nephews and friends. She was pre deceased by her brothers Joseph, Jack, and Paul her sisters Doddie Miller, Muriel Uppstrom and Shirley Ruggieri. Marsha retired after 23 years from the cafeteria at Umass Medical Center University Campus where she was everyone's favorite "lunch lady" Marsha was a member of St. John's Church and Central Mass Yoga. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved reading and traveled to many places in the United States including Alaska but especially enjoyed the national parks out west. She traveled to Ireland her lifelong dream and recently visited Washington D.C. where she saw the Pope.  Although Masha's wisdom, kindness and infectious laughter will be missed by her family and friends, the love she shared will live on in the lives that she touched. Friends and Relatives are invited to calling hours Sunday, January 31st from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St.  Her funeral will be held Monday, February 1st from the funeral home with a procession to St John Church, 44 Temple St. where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances in her name can be made to the St. John Church Ministries, 44 Temple St. 01604.
