John J. Puleo, 86 of Holden, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Holden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by his loving family. John is survived by his brother Lucien Puleo and his wife Katherine of Holden; his sisters, Margaret Fulginitti and her husband Louis of Worcester; his sister-in-law, Rose Puleo of Worcester; many nieces and nephews including Joann Wilde and her husband Mark of Rutland, Stephanie Mucci and her husband Steven and their daughter Milania, Dan Wilde and his wife Joy and their daughter Charlie all of Paxton. He is predeceased by a brother, Joseph Puleo and a sister, Carmella "Millie" Piccinino. John was born in Boston, Massachusetts, a son of the late Salvatore and Angelina (Merrilla) Puleo. He lived most of his life in Worcester and Foxborough before moving to Holden. John worked for over thirty years at Norwood Hospital in the maintenance department. He loved his family, spending time at his niece's house, watching wrestling and was a kind man. A graveside service for John will be held privately.
