Paola Alba

Paola Alba, 23, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2015 in UMass Medical Center surrounded by her devoted family and friends. Paola was born on September 2, 1991 in New York, New York. A graduate of Worcester Technical High School, she received her cosmetology license and worked in that capacity for some time before switching career paths. She moved on to work in the dental field and took pride in her work as a Surgical Assistant. Paola was a young woman full of life and in her spare time she enjoyed being with friends at social events as well as being in the outdoors. An optimistic and friendly individual, Paola truly touched the lives of all of those she met. Always seeking the bright side of any situation, her motto was "mind over matter." Paola is survived by her parents and their 6 children. Services for Paola will be held privately.
