Vincent C. "Vinnie" Coraccio, 43 of Holden passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2015 at home. Vinnie is survived by his devoted wife of nine years, Jennifer L. (Cousineau) Coraccio; three sons, Vincent Coraccio, Jr. of Worcester, Daniel Coraccio of Connecticut and Dominic J. Coraccio of Holden; two daughters, Crystal Coraccio of Connecticut and Brianna Curry of Holden; his mother, Jo-Anne (Withers) Coraccio of Connecticut; three brothers, Joseph Coraccio and his wife Loreen of Natick, Phillip Coraccio and his wife Noel of Connecticut and Carl Coraccio and his wife Cindy of New Jersey; his sister, Karen Meer and her husband Tom of New Jersey and many nieces and nephews. Vinnie was born in Waltham, Massachusetts, a son of the late Joseph D. Coraccio. He was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School. He was a self-employed carpenter. Vinnie was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, was a New England sports fan, love to fix cars and enjoyed spending time with his family. A memorial service for Vinnie will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Burial will be held privately. A period of calling hours will be held in the funeral home from 4-6 p.m. prior to his memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in memory of Vinnie be made to a charity of one's choice in Vinnie's honor.
