Bruce R. LaHair, Jr.

Bruce R. LaHair, Jr.,39, of Worcester, went to be with his savior Jesus Christ surrounded by his family on July 19, 2015. Bruce was born on December 7, 1975, in Worcester. He was a graduate from South High School. He is survived by his father, Bruce R. LaHair, Sr., his mother, Donna (Ricard) LaHair; a sister, Cherrice LaHair Perley; his daughter, Liana Gilbert; three nieces, Sushanna, Moriah & Gabrielle; two great nieces and a great nephew all of Florida; he leaves his "Grams", Nancy Annunziata of Worcester; his love, Heather Kelly of Worcester; close cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. Bruce was always full of life, smiling, laughing and being a jokester. Always caring for others and so giving. Even in his leaving, Bruce chose to give life back through the donation of his own organs. Bruce was skilled in many different trades and well loved by the community. Family, friends, and others whose lives Bruce touched are invited to calling hours on Thursday, July 23rd from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. His funeral will be celebrated Friday, July 24th from the funeral home with a procession to Our Lady of the Angels, 1222 Main Street, Worcester where his Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow to Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester.
