Beverly A. (Brink) Sacco, 71, passed away peacefully after a long illness surrounded by her loving family. Her husband of 32 years, Graziano "George" Sacco passed away in 1999. Beverly was born on June 10, 1944, she was the daughter of Ralph and Flora(Daniels) Brink. Beverly leaves two children, her caregiver, Gina M. Sacco of Worcester, a son, Joseph A. Sacco and his wife Carolyn of Worcester and two grandsons, Andrew J. and Matthew G. Sacco of Worcester. She also leaves a sister, Ruth "Penny" Schroeder and her husband Phil of Sutton, a sister-in-law Mary "Pat" Sacco, a brother-in-law Victor "Perry" Sacco and his wife Rita of Worcester as well as many nieces and nephews. Her brother-in-law, Alfred "Freddie" Sacco passed away earlier this year. Beverly grew up in Millbury, MA and graduated from Millbury High School in 1962. She married and moved to Worcester where she raised her family. Beverly worked for many years at Scano's Bakery on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester where she met and made many good friends over the years, among them her long time friend Maria Call. Beverly was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel/St. Ann Parish. She was a devout catholic who always thought about the well being of others before herself. Over the last 15 years, Beverly handled her illness with class and dignity and had an incredible will to live and enjoy life. Her most precious moments were with her family, especially spending time with her two grandsons of whom she was so proud. The Sacco Family would like to thank the entire staff at Saint Vincent Hospital for the wonderful care that she has received from them over the last decade and a half. A special thanks to her primary care doctor, Dr. Anne Abraham, Dr. George Abraham, Dr. Paul Arcand, Dr. Michael Kelfer, Dr. Mark Kranis, Dr. Gary Noroian and the entire CCU Nursing Staff. Beverly's funeral will be held on Tuesday July 14, 2015 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00AM in the Church of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St Ann 24 Mulberry St. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4:00PM to 7:00PM in the funeral home. Interment will be with her husband in St. John's Cemetery.
