Elaine M. Boudreau, 63 of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2015 at UMass Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Elaine is survived by her father, Roland A. Boudreau and his wife Jean of Worcester; her sister, Marie J. DiBenedetto of Emerald Isle, NC; two brothers, Ronald Boudreau and his wife Arlene of Wallingford, CT and Jerald Boudreau and his wife Barbara of East Brookfield; thirteen nieces and nephews, Beth, Amy, Michael, Suzanne, Stephen, Lindsey, John, Scott, Kristyn, Nicole, Anthony, Tina and Sarah; as well as many great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth and William Boudreau and her sister, Nancy Boudreau. Elaine was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Rita M. (Gillet) Boudreau and had lived there most her life. She graduated from North High School and later received her bachelor's degree from Worcester State College, as well as masters degrees from both Anna Maria College and Bentley University. Elaine worked as a certified public accountant for the United States Federal Government for over twenty years before retiring. She loved going to the casino, spending time with the "Girls" and gathering monthly with close friends. Elaine will be most remembered for her unique sense of humor, and generous spirit. Elaine's' funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Entombment will follow in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Worcester. Friends and relatives are invited to gathering for a period of visitation on Saturday, June 20th from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the funeral home prior to her funeral service.
