Beverly A. (Kinnear) D'Ambra, 80 of Worcester, a loving mother and grandmother passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 13th 2015 in the Life Care Center of Auburn. Beverly was born in Worcester on June 29, 1934, a daughter of the late Harrison and Mary (Wilson) Kinnear. She graduated from Commerce high school, met and in 1952 married the man who became the love of her life for the next 60 years Joseph L. D'Ambra. They settled off Plantation St to raise their family in love and devotion until 2012 when Joseph passed away. Beverly is survived by her three sons, Michael D'Ambra in Texas, Joseph D'Ambra and his wife Ann of Worcester, Richard D'Ambra and his wife Ann-Maria of Sutton; a daughter in law, Beth D'Ambra of Worcester; a brother Laney Kinnear and sister Jacqueline King; 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to her husband Joseph, a son, Stephen D'Ambra passed away in 2012. Beverly was a member of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church and a volunteer for the City of Worcester, City View pre-school program. She was a devoted homemaker who took pride in raising her children, sharing special occasions, holidays and family dinners. Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours Monday, May 18th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. followed by a procession to Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, 24 Mulberry St. where her celebration of life Mass will be held at 11:30 am. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
