Victoria E. (Rossik) Pellegrino, 86, of Worcester died peacefully while at rest Monday May 4, 2015 in the St. Francis Home. Her husband Frank J. Pellegrino died February 5, 1999. Victoria is survived by her loving family, Ronald F. Pellegrino and his son Ronald J. Pellegrino, his daughter Melisa Pellegrino-Chiaravilloti and their son Cole, Thomas A. Pellegrino and his wife Jacqueline and their daughters Julianna, and Jillian and her husband Tyler LaPlace of California. Victoria lived with Thomas and Jacqueline and the girls for 18 years here in Worcester. Victoria is also survived by her two daughters; Victoria A. Pellegrino and her fiancé Scott Schlegal of Worcester, and Victoria's son John A. Ritacco and his wife Joanne and their children Alyssa, Dominic, Angelo, and Mary all of Shrewsbury, also Victoria;s daughter Tina F. Freedman and her husband Dov and their children Cara and Michael of Shrewsbury. Also Frances M. Goulet and her husband Paul of Worcester and their daughters Nicole M. Goulet and her daughter Brianna, Danielle Dussault and her husband Andrew,and their son Drew of Auburn., Victoria is also survived by a brother Henry Rossik of Auburn, and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her only sister Jane D'Zacomo, and her brothers; Walter, Edward, Teddy, John, and Joseph. Victoria was born in Worcester daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Cierobka) Rossik and lived here most of her life here. She also lived with her son Thomas and his family for 5 Years in Arizona, and 2 years in South Carolina before coming back to Worcester. She was a graduate of Worcester Girls Trade School, Victoria had a lifetime career as a upholstery stitcher for the Mechanics Furniture Manufacturing before she retired in 1994 Victoria loved to go to bingo, enjoyed knitting, and doing puzzles and was an avid bowler, however her most treasured times where those spent with her family She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.The family would like to thank the St Francis Home staff for their kindness and compassion shown to their Mother, and also the Notre Dame Hospice nurses for their love and compassion shown to Victoria in her last days the family truly appreciates it. Victoria's funeral will be held on Friday from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a mass in Our Lady of Loreto Church 34 Massasoit Rd at 10:AM Calling hours in the funeral home will be from 3PM to 7PM on Thursday.
