Tina M. Mastrogiovanni, 55, of Saratoga Springs, NY, formerly of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, in Saratoga Springs. Tina is survived by the man that was the love of her life for twenty-five years, Lee Pollacchi of Saratoga Springs; three sons, Christopher M. Riechmann of Clinton, MA, Leejay Pollacchi of Saratoga Springs, NY, and Derek J. Pollacchi of Saratoga Springs; a step-daughter, Genna Velazquez and her husband Felix of Fitchburg, MA; a brother, Anthony Mastrogiovanni, III of Garden City, South Carolina; two sisters, Gina Mastrogiovanni and her husband Stephen Greenhalge of Worcester, and Dina Marin and her husband Daniel of Worcester; three granddaughters, Brooklyn Raymond, Dianelis Velazquez, and Jaelynn Velazquez; nieces and nephews. Tina was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Anthony and Delores (Mahoney) Mastrogiovanni, Jr. She graduated from North High School in Worcester and attended Quinsigamond Community College. Tina proudly served her nation as a Airman First Class, Fire Protection Specialist in the United States Air Force. Tina worked as a salesperson and merchandiser for Zales Jewelers in Saratoga Springs. She enjoyed her collection Native American dolls, turquoise and silver. She adored her family and was very proud of her children. Her smile and care was infectious and she was a second mother to many and was often referred to as "ma" by the friends of her children. Calling Hours for Tina will be held on Tuesday, April 7, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
