Kristin Mare Brodin, 47, of Worcester passed away unexpectedly Friday December 12th 2014 after being stricken ill at home on Friday. Kristin was born in Worcester, a daughter of James and Gail (Bean) Brodin. She grew up in Worcester graduated from Burncoat High School, and earned her associates degree in Radiology from Quinsigamond Community College. Krissy then worked for a time Radiology for Shields MRI. She has lived here all her life. Kristin is survived by her mother, Gail (Bean) Brodin; her five siblings, James J Brodin Jr. and his wife Helen, Kim Catalina, Mark E. Brodin and his fiancée Michele Scricco, Kerri Boyd and her husband John all of Worcester and Derek Brodin of Boston; a longtime friend Steve; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Krissy loved the outdoors, the beach, Chihuawas, being with her mother, siblings and especially her nieces and nephews. She was a beautiful person who loved people. Had a wonderful and giving heart. She would help anyone who asked or needed it. Krissy's funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday December 19th in Our Lady of Rosary Church, 35 Fales Street, Burial will be private.
