Richard L. Vigliotti, 66, of Boynton Beach and formerly of Worcester died unexpectedly on Wednesday October 29, 2014 in Florida. Richard is survived by his brothers , Atty.Anthony Vigliotti, Joseph Vigliotti and his wife Tara, his nephews and nieces; Joseph, John, Steven, Joseph and Mary Terese. Richard also leaves a close cousin Sabrina Evangelista wife of Barry Courville and their daughters Tonilee and Stephanie, also several cousins., Richard leaves several aunts and uncles, among them his godfather John Evangelista, and godmother Christine Iaccarino. Richard will also be terribly missed by his loving shih tzu companions Momo and Emma who have now been adopted by Tonilee. Richard was born in Worcester son of the late Joseph and Theresa (Evangelista) Vigliotti and was a graduate of North High School. He served in the Massachusetts National Guard. Richard was a Licensed Real Estate Agent and was a long time member of the Mass. Board of Realtors, and the Florida Board of Realtors. He also held his Insurance Inspection License in Florida. While living in Worcester he owned the Vigliotti Real Estate Agency, and The Century 21 Vigliotti and Realty Exchange. His career also included working at the family business The Parkway Diner, and was also a Worcester City Code Inspector,and served on the Board of Health for the Town of West Boylston. He built and owned many properties in and around Worcester. Richard moved to Florida in 1990 and mainly resided in Boynton Beach, where he was a Golf Pro for several golf courses. He was the founder and owner of PIP Inspection Services in Boynton Beach and was still working at the time of his passing. He was a former member of the Church of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St Ann, and was a former member of the Pleasant Valley Country Club. He was currently a member of the Westchester Golf Course. Richard's funeral will be held on Thursday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM in the Church of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel-St Ann 24 Mulberry St. A period of visitation with the family will be held IN THE CHURCH ONLY on Thursday from 9AM until the time of the Mass.
