Lillian F. (Paquette) Langevin passed away in the Knollwood Nursing Center on September 1, 2014. Lillian was born and raised in Worcester where she has lived all of her 104 years. Her husband Dona G. Langevin passed away in 1978. A devoted mother, Lillian leaves her daughters, Claire Morello and her husband Robert of Worcester, Diane Nikosey of Millbury; her son Paul Langevin and his wife Rosemary of Millbury. She was a loving grandmother who cherished her four grandchildren, Robert Morello and his wife Heather, Michael Nikosey and his wife Cherie, Susan Sasso and her husband Lawrence, Neil Langevin and his wife Melissa; her eight precious great grandchildren, Brittney, Courtney, & Lindsey Morello; Kayla and Danielle Nikosey, Erika and Thomas Sasso and Cole Langevin. She also leaves behind her brother Earl Paquette of Worcester; Many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was pre deceased by her sister, Gladys Massad, Brother Edgar Paquette and her son in law Albert Nikosey. Lillian was an accomplished seamstress, working for the David Clark Company producing Space Suits for astronauts over 35 years retiring in 1995 at the age of 85. She was an active member of Our Lady of Loreto Church, and its women's club for many years. The family would like to thank the staff at Knollwood for the care and compassion Lillian received. Lillian's funeral will be held Wednesday, September 3rd from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 33 Massasoit Rd. Entombment will follow in Notre Dame Mausoleum. A period of calling hours will be held Wednesday, September 3rd from 9 am to 10 am in the funeral home prior to departing for church.
