Judith W. (Cutter) Fitzpatrick, 70, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Judith is survived by her loving companion of thirty years, John F. Pavone of Worcester; three sons, David T. Fitzpatrick of Franklin, Matthew P. Fitzpatrick and his wife Kristen of Holden and Jason J. Pavone of Stoneham; two daughters, Adrienne M. Gentile and her husband Brian of Millbury and Jill M. Pavone of Worcester; four grandchildren, Ellisha A. Fitzpatrick of Northampton, Matthew P. Fitzpatrick, Jr. of Holden, Nicolette and Daniella Gentile both of Millbury; and a brother, David T. Cutter and his wife Mary of Boylston; two nieces and a nephew. Judith was born in Worcester, the daughter of Howard C. "Rox" and Vera (Townsend) Cutter and lived in the city her entire life. Judith was a graduate of South High School. She worked in the housekeeping department for Rotman's Furniture for seventeen years. She was a member of Saint Matthew Episcopal Church. Judith enjoyed gardening, reading, taking trips with her children and grandchildren, seeing musicals, and vacationing in Ocean Park, Maine. Judith was an amazing cook; she baked the best apple pie and everyone loved her signature "yum-yums". Judith loved playing practical jokes on her co-workers and spending time with her family. A period of calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with her funeral service immediately following at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: The Salvation Army, 72 Cambridge St, Worcester, MA 01603.
