Lynn A. (Morrison) Papaj, 56 of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2014 at her home. Lynn is survived by her daughter, Aurora-Leigh Berube of Quincy; her son, Keith R. Boucher of Worcester; three brothers, Jon B. Morrison of Ware, Daniel N. Morrison, III and his wife Elwira of Phoenix, AR and Brian P. Morrison of Southbridge; her sister, Laurel A. Palmerino and he husband Domenic of Worcester; a brother-in-law, John Staniszewski of Chesterfield, MA; two grandsons, Gary Kevin Chasse, Jr. of Sandown, NH and Jaron Azell Gedeus of Quincy; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Kim Staniszewski and a granddaughter, Casey-Leigh Berube. Lynn was born in Meridan, Connecticut, a daughter of the late Daniel N. Morrison, Jr. and Jean M. (Dill) Morrison. She grew up in Warren, MA, graduating from Quaboag Regional High School. She lived in Mesquite, Nevada, Oceanside, Oregon and later moved to Worcester where she has lived ever since. Lynn worked as a waitress for various establishments for many years. Lynn was practically fond of her pets, Willy Wonka (her Pomeranian dog) and her Amazon Parrot Pedro. She loved them with all of her heart. She had many friends all around each corner of the United States. She was loved by so many friends. Lynn worked in recovery centers to help people fighting addiction with drugs and alcohol. She enjoyed crocheting, needlework and sewing. Lynn was a master seamstress, doll maker and had a passion for music. She was always creating beautiful clothing, dolls and arts & crafts. A period of visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. A memorial service for Lynn will be held privately.
