Susan J. (Dunham) Coleman, 59 of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Susan is survived by her beloved husband of thirty-seven years, Jerry Lee Coleman; her two children, Kenneth Lee and Nicole Mauré Coleman both of Worcester; her mother, Joan M. (Orcutt) Urquhart of Butler, Pennsylvania; two brothers, David Dunham of Oahu, Hawaii and Keith Urquhart of Worcester; three sisters, Annie DeFalco-Ber and Sandra Dunham Natili both of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Kathy Stacy of Millbury, Ma.; many nieces, nephews and extended family. She is preceded by her father David Dunham Sr. and step Father Keith Urquhart Sr. Susan was born in Holden; a daughter of the late David Dunham Sr. She grew up in Boylston, later moving to Worcester where she graduated from South High School. Susan studied Occupational Therapy at Quinsigamond Community College. Susan worked as a waitress for over fifteen years for JP's Restaurant and Pub in Westborough, as well as running her own catering business. In her younger years, she enjoyed doing volunteer work and was very involved with her children's schools. Susan was a music enthusiast, being heavily involved in the 80's jazz and blues scene. A period of calling hours will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. A memorial service for Susan will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Auburn Elks at 754 Southbridge St, Auburn from 2-5 p. m. Burial will be private.
