Ruth A. (Rawson) Healey, 57, of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in Memorial Hospital. Ruth is survived by her loving husband, with whom she'd been with for over thirty years, Mark S. Healey; two sons, Richard J. Saul and Joseph K. Saul, both of Worcester; a daughter, Tarah J. Healey-Rawson of Worcester; two grandchildren, Hailey and Justin; two brothers, Thomas Rawson of Pittsfield and Michael Rawson of Worcester; her best friend, Tanya Dickerson of Worcester; a sister in law, Terry Pike; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Jack Rawson, Jr. and by a sister, Norma Brown. She was born in Pittsfield daughter of the late Jack and Evelyn Rawson. She grew up in Pittsfield and graduated from Taconic High before moving to Worcester. Ruth worked as a billing clerk for Polar Beverages, before she retired due to her illness. She had previously worked at Paul Revere Life Insurance of Worcester. She enjoyed crocheting, motorcycles, planting in her gardens and dogs. She was a kind and loving woman with generous heart. Memorial Calling Hours will be held on Friday, May 16, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 6 p.m., in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
