Barbara Jessie

Barbara Jessie, 93, of Worcester, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014, after a long illness. She was the wife of the late, Harold Jessie also of Worcester. Barbara worked at Harrington & Richardson, during World War II, and at other jobs during her life. Mainly she was a great wife and wonderful mother. She will always be loved and greatly missed. She leaves a son, Raymond Jessie of Auburn; a daughter, Frances Roy of Mendon; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, April 8, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, April 9, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
