Charles Walsh, Jr.

Charles "Chuck" W. Walsh, Jr., 62, of Leicester, passed peacefully, in his home on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. He leaves behind his daughters, Dee and Katie Walsh, both of West Boylston; two beloved grandchildren, Hannah and Charlie; his sister, Donna Walsh and his brother, Steven Walsh, both of Worcester. Chuck was born and raised in Worcester by his parents, the late Charles and Helen (Niemi) Walsh. Chuck helped operate a successful family HVAC business, while also serving as a respected educator at Bay Path Vocational High School in Charlton. Upon his retirement, he spent the Winter months enjoying his many friends in Hollywood Beach, Florida, but always looked forward to returning home to his friends and family, here in Massachusetts. Calling Hours will be held on Saturday Morning, March 22, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, followed by a Service at 12 Noon, all occurring in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Burial will be at a later date.
