Regina M. (Bialobrzeski) Army, 91, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, UMass Hospital. Her husband of sixty-four years, George H. Army, predeceased her in February 2005. She was also predeceased by their two children, George H. Army, Jr. in 2012 and Carole P. Mong in 2004. Regina is survived by four grandchildren, Stephen Mong, Suzanne Mong, Lynn Army and George J. Army; a sister, Christine L. Grenier; and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by a grandson, David Mong and by a brother, Raymond Bialobrzeski. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Joseph and Mary (Fabishak) Bialobrzeski and has lived here all her life. She graduated from Worcester Girls Trade School as a dressmaker. Regina and her husband owned and operated the Miss Worcester Diner for many years, before retiring in 1977. She then spent nineteen years volunteering at the UMass Cancer Center. Regina and George spent many years wintering in Florida. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. A Memorial Mass for Regina will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Levine Cancer Center at UMass in care of The Foundation P.O. Box 2795, Worcester, MA 01613.
