John D'Agostino, Sr. 73, of Dudley passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 22, 2014 with family gathered by his side. John is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-eight years, Nancy M. (Landry) D'Agostino; his son, John D'Agostino, Jr. of Worcester; his daughter, Teresa Comley and her husband Winthrop M. Comley, IV of Webster; four step-sons, Alan Leighton and his wife Pamela of Westminster, Richard Leighton of Dudley, Kenneth Leighton and his fiancé Judith of Oxford and Kevin Richard and his wife Karen of Dudley; a brother and sister of Italy; a sister Anna Leone of Worcester; eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild; many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two sisters, Fina Romano and Maria Snell. John was born in Lacedonia, Italy, a son of the late Teresa D'Agostino and lived there till 1958. He then moved to Worcester where he lived for twenty six years before moving to Dudley in 1984. John worked as a sheet metal worker for many years for Arduini Manufacturing Company and Consolidated Fabricator, retiring in 2002. He was an avid bowler, loved playing cards, cribbage and gardening.
