Joanna V Salvatore

Joanna V. (Chronchio) Salvatore, 74, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence. Joanna is survived by her loving husband of thirty-one years, Philip F. Salvatore, Jr.; a brother, Matthew Chronchio of West Boylston; a sister in law, Carol Redmond of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by two brothers and three sisters, Albert and Anthony Chronchio, Stella and Rita Desroches and Elizabeth Fortin. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Nicholas and Albina (Mancini) Chronchio and has lived here all her life. She worked for many years in the circulation department at the Worcester Telegram, having previously retiring as accounts receivable supervisor from Sweet Life Foods, where she worked for thirty-four years. She and her husband enjoyed Saturday night dances and the Frohsinn Club in Shrewsbury. Per her request, there are no services.
