Paul M Paroyian Jr

Paul M. Paroyian, Jr., 62, of Worcester, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013, in UMass Hospital, after a brief illness. Paul is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Kelly A. (Cocker) Paroyian; a daughter, Kayla A. Paroyian both of Worcester; his mother and step father, Theresa M. (Ducharme) Rodowicz and Henry A. Rodowicz both of Auburn; a sister, Donna J. Gagnon of Worcester; his mother in law, Janet (McGovern) Cocker of Paxton; cousins, aunts and uncles. Paul was born in Worcester, son of the late Paul M. Paroyian. He grew up in Auburn and graduated from Auburn High School; he then graduated from Nichols College. Paul worked as a Tax Supervisor in the Audit Division of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, retiring this year after forty-years of service. He was a member of All Saints Church and in his youth had been a member of the church Men and Boys Choir. Family and Friends are invited to gather for Calling Hours on Thursday, October 10, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. in Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment at Saint John's Cemetery, will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Shelter for Homeless Veterans, in care of Veteran's Inc, 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605.
