Edward P Norris

Edward P. Norris, 22, of Shrewsbury, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013. He is survived by his loving parents, Paul E. Norris and Nancy A. (Mastro) Norris; his sister, Elena N. Norris; his maternal Grandparents, Gerald Mastro and Aldona (Dedynas) Mastro, all of Shrewsbury; an uncle, John Mastro of Worcester and an aunt, Patricia Norris of Worcester; an aunt, Sue Mastro (Yaghmourian), cousins, Shanah Elliot (Mastro) and James Mastro, and many friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Helen (Magerowski) Norris. Edward was born in Worcester and lived most of his life in Shrewsbury. He graduated from Shrewsbury High School, where he played Varsity Lacrosse and Hockey. He played on the State Championship winning hockey team. He was an attending student at UMass Lowell where he pursued studies in chemical engineering. He especially enjoyed fishing and time with auntie, summer vacations at Cape Cod, sports, hiking and outdoor activities. He was loved by many. Calling hours for Edward will be held on Thursday, September 26, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. His Funeral will be held on Friday, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Saint Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton Street, Worcester (kindly go directly to church). Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery, will be held privately.
