Dorothy A. (Dunham) Wall, 92 of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 2, 2013 at Millbury Healthcare Center surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy's husband of fifty five years Thomas F. Wall, Sr. passed away in 1996. She is survived by two sons, Dr. Thomas F. Wall, Jr. and his wife Rodica of Medway and Kevin M. Wall and his wife Judith of Douglas; three daughters, Nancy Neligon and her husband Normand of Branford, CT., Kathleen Stefanou of Worcester and Susan E. Hebert and her husband Thomas of Spencer; her brother, Robert Dunham and his wife Lorraine of Worcester; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a sister Shirley Kelley and a brother, William Dunham. Dorothy was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Clarence and Katherine (Duffy) Dunham and lived there all her life. She graduated from the former Commerce High School and later attended Quinsigamond Community College. Dorothy worked as the senior clerk for the Worcester Police Department Bureau of Records for twenty years before she retired in 1983. Dorothy was an avid reader and loved traveling. She was a sports fan of Holy Cross Football and the Boston Red Sox. She loved watching golf and baseball. Dorothy's greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her loving family. Service for Dorothy will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 11:30 a.m. in Saint Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will follow in Saint John's Cemetery. A period of calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 5th from 9:30- 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home prior to her funeral mass.
