Derek T Stefanski

Derek T. Stefanski, 34, of Auburn, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Taunya (Robertson) Midgley-Stafanski; his father Paul Stefanski of Smyrna, NY; his mother and step-father, Karla (Rancke) and Arthur Evans, Jr. of Camden, ME; a brother Aeddon Evans; a sister Kayla Stefanski; two uncles John Stefanski and Jerry Stefanski; his maternal aunt, Diane H. Jurgiel and her husband Stephen of Worcester, and their children Joseph, Stephanie and Michael Jurgiel; and cousins. He was born in Worcester and graduated from Bay Path Regional High. He was currently enrolled in Western Governor's University and was completing his final year. Derek worked as a pre-press technician for Mass Web Printing. He was a Free Mason and loved his animals. He will be remembered as a kind and loving person, who had a fondness for animals and nature. Memorial Calling Hours for Derek will be held on Thursday, July 25, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
