Erin L. (Dube) Yeboah, 39, of Worcester, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 29th 2013 with the family she loved so much gathered beside her. Erin was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Lee Kane and Mary E. (Vessello) Dube. She grew up and was educated in Worcester Public Schools and worked for various companies in Worcester. Presently she was working as a home health aide for the Home Staffing Company. Erin is survived by the family she cherished; Her fiancée Anderson Guerra Sr.; four sons, Jevon Yeboah, Trevor Yeboah, Anderson Guerra Jr. and Anderson Guerra, III all of Worcester; her brothers and sisters, Jeff Vessello, his wife Donna who Erin considered her best friend, John Dube and Ronald Sapaukas all of Worcester, Anthony Vessello of Northbridge, Melissa and Mary-Jo Dube both in CT; Michael Kane, Lee-Ann Glynn, Peter Kane, Lee Frances Wells; Many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A brother Matthew Kane pre deceased her. Erin was a simple woman, who enjoyed the lighter things in life. She cherished her family especially her four sons, and would spend every minute she could caring for them. She enjoyed the times her entire family was gathered together. Her smile could light up any room as she walked in. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family Monday, July 1st from 5 pm to 8 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from the funeral home with a Mass celebrated at 10:00 am in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton Street.
