Pearl D. (Toney) Williams, 75, of Worcester, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013, in Saint Vincent Hospital. Her husband, Moses Williams, Sr., predeceased her in 1977. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Williams of West Columbia, South Carolina; two sons, Moses Williams, Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina and Anthony Williams of Worcester; Her fiancé, Anthony Butler of Worcester; three brothers, Alfred Toney of Nevada, Donald Toney of Worcester and Jack Toney of Worcester; three sisters, Ann Ward of Worcester, Louise Price of Worcester and Rita Hampton of Nevada; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, William and Elsie (Moffitt) Toney and has lived here all her life. Pearl worked as an admissions manager at UMass Hospital for many years, before she retired. She was a kind and loving woman, who loved her family and whose smile was infectious. She will be missed by all who were graced to know her. Calling hours for Pearl will be held on Monday, June 3, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., followed by her Funeral Service at 11 a.m., at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
