Milagros Esteves

Milagros Esteves, 85, of Worcester, passed away in her home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. She is survived by her three loving children, Rosalind Gonzalez, with whom she lived, Jose Luis Gonzalez and his wife Margarita Morales of Florida and Alexander Gonzalez of Worcester; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; seven brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews. Milagros was born in Anasco, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Guadalupe and Adela (Tubens) Esteves. She moved to New York from Puerto Rico seventy years ago, moving to Worcester in 2001. Milagros enjoyed being creative and spent many years buying, developing and redeveloping many real estate projects. She was also a talented dress designer. She enjoyed travelling and looking for her next construction project. Calling hours for Milagros will be held on Friday, May 24, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester; followed by a Funeral Service at 7 p.m., also in the funeral home.
