Phyllis A. (Pecorelli) Kudzal, 85 of Holden, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in St. Vincent's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis' husband of fifty-four years, Felix P. Kudzal passed away February 21, 2012. She is survived by twelve nieces and nephews, Kenneth Frost and his wife Marilyn of Fairfax, VA, Patricia Steinhilber and her husband Paul of Auburn, MA, with whom she lived, Lois Frost-McKeon and her husband Thomas of New Hope, MN, Jane Erickson and her husband Thomas of Shrewsbury, MA, Phillip Pereria and his wife Sherry of San Jose, CA, Donna Krey and her husband Michael of Campbell, CA, Michael Pereria of Santa Clara, CA, Andrew Pereria and his wife Deborah of Santa Cruz, CA, Nancy Day and her husband Joe of West Valley City, UT, Samuel Pecorelli of Denver, CO, John Pecorelli of Salt Lake, UT and Sally Jenks and her husband Dee of Alpine, UT; many great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother, Joseph Pecorelli; four sisters, Josephine and Eva Pecorelli, Nancy Pereria and Lena Frost. Phyllis was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Sergio and Isabella (Fasano) Pecorelli and has lived in Holden for over forty years. She worked as a waitress for White Cliffs and as a textile for Mill Factory for more than twenty years. A funeral service for Phyllis will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. A period of calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the funeral home prior to her funeral service.
