Maria Fraioli

Maria (Fraioli) Fraioli, 89 of Worcester, formerly of Roccadarce, Italy passed away peacefully on Monday, September 17, 2012 at St. Francis Home. Maria's husband, Bernardo Fraioli passed away in 1997. She is survived by two sons, Franceschino "Frank" Fraioli and his wife Giovanna and Donato Fraioli and his wife Bernarda all of Worcester; a brother, Rocco Fraioli of Florida; three sisters, Bernarda Fraioli of Worcester, Donata Quagliozzi and Luigina Fraioli both of Italy; three grandchildren, Bernardo Fraioli and his wife Eileen, Cristian Fraioli and his fiancé Wendy Woodworth and Anna Maria Cerny and her husband Jan all of Worcester; two great grandchildren, Adrianna and Dario Fraioli both of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. Maria was born in Roccadarce, Italy, a daughter of Giovanni and Antonia (Fraioli) Fraioli. She resided in both Worcester and Italy. She took care of her family and there home. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel-St. Ann Parish in Worcester. She enjoyed talking and spending time with her friends. Services for Maria will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel- St. Ann Church, 24 Mulberry St., Worcester. Entombment will follow in Saint John's Mausoleum, Worcester. A period of calling hours will be held on Monday, September 24th from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
