Ronald Goddard

Ronald P. Goddard, 60. Of Worcester died peacefully Wednesday July 11, 2012 in the Spring Valley Care Center surrounded by his loved ones. Ronald is survived by his Mother Ann (Velleco) Goddard of Worcester, a sister June Grammatic of Auburn, a brother David Mattson and his wife Gail of Holden, and several nephew, nieces, and cousins. Ronald was born in Worcester, his father was the late Ronald A. Goddard. Ronald was a graduate of Burncoat High School, and worked as a Maintenance supervisor at the North High Gardens for many years before he retired due to illness. He was a member of St Joan of Arc Church. Ronnie loved playing all kinds of sports and loved to go to Red Sox games and watch them on T.V. He will be missed by his family and friends. Ronald's funeral will be held Saturday from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00AM in the Church of St. Joan of Arc 570 Lincoln St. Calling hours in the funeral home will be from 4PM to 7PM on Friday.
