Mary T Cosenza

Mary T. (Zingarelli) Cosenza, 89, of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012. Her loving husband, Joseph Cosenza, predeceased her in 2004. Mary is survived by the four sons she adored, Joseph M. Cosenza and his wife Sandra of Sterling, C. Guy Cosenza of Fort Lauderdale, Paul M. Cosenza and his wife Judith of Auburn and Bruce Cosenza and his wife Deborah of Worcester; a brother, Frank Zingarelli of Worcester; five grandchildren, Trea, Marissa, Michael, Matthew, Lisa and Deanna; five great grandchildren, Nathan, Lovina, Gianna, Nicholas and Lillyanna; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Angelo, Maurice and James Zingarelli. Mary was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Gaetano and Bettina (DiLiddo) Zingarelli, and has lived here all her life. She was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church. She enjoyed BINGO and "The Wonder of it all". Mary leaves a legacy of loving family. Her happiest times were those where she was surrounded by her sons and their families. Calling hours and Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2012, with Calling Hours from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral procession will follow to Our Lady of Loreto Church, 33 Massasoit Road, Worcester, where A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow in Notre Dame Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity.
