Mary Marcelonis

Mary (D'Ambra) Marcelonis, 65, of Worcester, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2012, surrounded by loving family members, at the home of her sister in Auburn. Mary is survived by her three sons, Edward Marcelonis and his wife Lynn of Worcester, Stephen Marcelonis of Worcester and Derek Marcelonis and his wife Michelle of Webster; two brothers, Michael N. D'Ambra of Boston and Joseph S. D'Ambra of Worcester; two sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Surette of Orlando and Diane Nelson-Boyle of Auburn; four grandsons, Connor, Brent, Mitchell and Brandon; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Dolores Pilling. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Latino) D'Ambra, and has lived in Worcester for most of her life. Mary was a kind and gentle woman who loved to be surrounded by her family. Calling hours for Mary will be held Today, Tuesday, June 19, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 20, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will be held privately.
