Jean M. Tomaiolo-Harney Sarasota, FL - Jean M. Tomaiolo-Harney, 62, lost her 7 year battle with CBGD on May 27, 2012 with her husband and family at her side. Jean was born in Worcester, MA on Sept. 26, 1949 to Frank R. and Margaret C. (Iovieno) Tomaiolo. After attending Worcester Public Schools and graduating from North High, Jean started her 35 year career with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. After retiring in 2003, Jean moved to Sarasota, FL to relax at her favorite beach on Siesta Key and shop at her favorite shops. Jean leaves her husband of 25 years, Brendan J. Harney, Sr.; sister, Rosemarie S. Walsh and nephew and niece, Michael Walsh of Auburn and Susan Walsh of Boston: three great nephews, Joseph, Timothy and Matthew Walsh. She also leaves a stepson, Brendan Jr. and granddaughter, Stefeni Harney. Jean was proud of her Italian heritage. She was a life-long New York Yankees fan and always ready to defend her team, being a season ticket holder, assured her playoff tickets. A Memorial Service will be held on June 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Mulberry St., Worcester, MA
