Margaret "Peggy" R. Fleming, 82, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, after an illness. She leaves two brothers, John and William Fleming, both of Worcester; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Michael F., Jeremiah J and James T. Fleming; as well as a sister, Julia Walsh; and a dear friend Frederick Hamelin. Peggy was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Timothy and Margaret (Twoomey) Fleming and has lived here all her life. She graduated from Worcester Girl's Trade School. The family would like to thank the Beaumont Rehabilitation Center and the Salmon Hospice for the terrific care that she received. Visitation for Margaret will be held on Thursday, June 14, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment in Saint John's Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
