Mary M. (Trippi) Camosse, 99, formerly of Auburn, passed away Thursday, March 29th 2012 with her devoted family by her side. Mary joins in passing, her husband Eugene "Geno" Camosse who passed in 1963, and her son, Eugene J. Camosse Jr. who passed in 1997. Mary leaves behind her devoted two children, her daughter Elaine M. Fullen and her husband David J. with whom she lived, her son, John J. Camosse and his wife Patricia of Dudley and her daughter in law, Judith Camosse of Auburn; a sister, Bella Melikian of Shrewsbury; nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Two great grandchildren, Four sisters, Rose Savastano, Elvira "Vera" Mercadante, Gloria Antonioli and Ida Zannotti and a brother Angelo Trippi also pre deceased her. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Joseph and Jennie (Farina) Trippi. She grew up in Worcester, met and married her husband Geno and together they moved to Auburn to raise their family. She has lived there ever since. Mary was a member of Christ Baptist Church, its Dorcus Society and Choir, and The Rotary Ann's. At onetime Mary was an avid bowler and league member in Auburn. A quiet women, one of seven children born on Shrewsbury street, she grew up and cherished her Italian Heritage. She took great pride in being a housewife and mother, caring for her family and being inspired by their success and achievement. She will be dearly missed. Funeral services will be held tomorrow Saturday, March 31st at 10:30 am in Christ Baptist Church, 34 Granby Rd. Burial will be in St John Cemetery. A period of visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ Baptist Church, 24 Granby Rd.
